“Please refrain from using this HVAC
Company”
Alpha4real AC & Heating was called when my AC
blower in the attic stopped blowing air. I
went to the attic and the Freon line was
frozen. I turned off the AC. “Bright”
from Alpha4real came to my house and diagnose
the amp on the motor at 8.6 and said that it
should be under 6amp and said it is a faulty
blower motor. I said ok to changing the
blower motor for $800.00 but the AC broke the
next day. Again, the blower quit blowing and
the Freon line froze. Then I called him
again, Bright showed up and check the motor
which was new, so he said that the control
board is bad. Next day I said ok to changing
the control board for $550.00. The following
day the AC broke again with the same symptom,
the blower quit blowing and the Freon line
froze. Another tech came out and found a
faulty valve and refilled my Freon to proper
level and the AC is working great since. I
called back asking for them to refund my
money for the parts and labor which I did not
need and they will not refund my money. My
next step is to taking them to small claims
court.
