I am a former security guard/door man for Cambridge security service company for 2 full years. Cambridge security company is a toxic workplace and I would get bullying day in and day out at work and Cambridge security company would disregard. Cambridge security company would steal and cheat my pay for the hard days and hours I input each days! True fact I almost committed a suicide and had none existing relationship with my family and every day physical violence fighting with my family due to Cambridge security company toxic workplace and management disregard all the time. Cambridge would call me in to work and I would input 6 or 7 days of work and Cambridge would pay me 5 days instead of 6 days of work. Cambridge security company condone workplace violence and workplace bullying. Cambridge security company disregard employee health and would make employees work 3 plus shifts without any sleep or rest in between. Cambridge security company is losing clients in downtown manhattan left and right! What Cambridge security company overcharge their clients and pay their employees below minimum wage.
